On Thursday 13 April 2023, FUNDOS presented the awards at the 4th Social Innovation Awards in Castile and León.
The Miradas Foundation won the FUNDOS Award for Private Social Innovation for its programme “bbMiradas: diagnosis and intervention for babies showing signs suggestive of autism before the age of 36 months”. This initiative addresses a crucial area of social and healthcare – the early detection of autism – and offers a highly innovative solution, standing out in a sector where there are significant shortcomings in this regard. The €10,000 prize was collected by Miguel Gómez, director of the Miradas Foundation, and Javier Arnáiz, technical director of Autismo Burgos, and was presented by Leandro Martín Puertas, vice-president of FUNDOS, and Pablo Junceda, deputy general manager of Banco Sabadell.
